Rating with fat graft/better eye area

I just posted but before I thought rhino would help but fat graft is actually a realistic price. what would my rating be assuming a fat graft gave me a solid eye area.

well I think fat graft would take care of the upper eyelid exposure so it wouldn’t need to be lowered

that’s because I have a shitty eye area I have no under eye support which makes my side extremely bad but fat graft should hopefully fix all of that
