tbh I second checked ur hair its not bad I would probably do different the sides. longer sides would look better or just try out something like this. imo it would halo u, plus if u dont like it just go to a barber and cut it down

You look average, but most of your features are above average. The problem is your eyes bring you down. You look decently softmaxxed as well, have a tan, good hair, lean, so I think if you wanna look better you really just need surgery. I'd consider some filler for the upper eyelids, and canthoplasty for the lower eyelids
