LTN, you've good good traits like skin, eyebrows and eyelashes, but also too many flaws to be put realistically above that.

For jaw width you'll need implants. DJS or LJS won't fix that.

For chin, genioplasty. Just bringing the chin a bit more forward.

High bodyfat? Eat less, but make sure you do some training whilst you do, or you'll just be a twink who is somehow still puffy.

For nostril exposure, rhinoplasty. If you do this really vet your Doctor, they have the potential to fuck you over for life.

Negative canthal tilt is a mixed bag of different routes you can try. Canthoplasty (best one), Saddled infras (expensive and haven't seen many good results for canthal tilt, but people have said it improved it) and lower eyelid retraction but this wouldn't apply in your case since a lower droopy eyelid is not the cause of your NCT.
