Raw animal products drink or something

Will be putting multiple pieces of raw beef liver
Raw milk
5 raw eggs

It's a 500ml glass

Will do it in the morning when I go and pick up the raw liver and raw milk

Gonna let it rot for a week in my closet and will spit in it daily

Is there something extra I need to do to it

Open or closed lid?

I heard closed lid can mess up with the growth hormones of the milk but I think it won't matter since fermentation will already fuck up the growth hormones anyway
