In my country you can get it pretty easily since it’s a traditional thing but raw cheese in general isn’t nearly as hard to get as raw milk for some reason, it’s even sold in the supermarkets.

Beware tho, there are some raw cheeses labeled as “made with raw milk” but they actually heat them while they process them into cheese
