Raw egg diet works

Started eating the raw egg diet since tuesday I upgraded to 15-17 raw eggs before I only had 8 raw eggs a day

Benefits: all the nutrients, and horny asf

I also realized that I cum more my body is so ready to reproduce I am just in prime time right now

10-12 thru out the day aajonus was right about it being 30 minute energy

Oysters I try to have 5 a day but can’t find steady source

Milk is basically my water so I don’t really track it I know I go thru a gallon 3-5 days

Oh man cooking decreases nutrients in the egg yolk depends on how long you cook and which method but on average up to 20% overall decrease

I dont really care if it has less or more nutrients there is not much difference I just like to drink raw eggs it’s the easiest quickest meal there is

What about the egg whites I am having 5 daily but cooking the whites and drinking the yolk raw should I consume the whites also raw cause like there is a lot of talk bout how you won't get all the protien out of raw egg whites
