How much more micronutrients does a raw egg have vs a egg THATS been cooked for say like 8 minutes

I can't be asked to cook it, it's faster to crack some eggs into a glass and drink it

hard to say, but a measurable difference

Try soft boiled instead, still liquid but actually cooked

And raw eggs taste great if it’s a decent egg

The protein in raw eggs whites are less bioavailable

That’s not a soft boiled egg wtf is that
It's cooked "softer" than your usual soft boiled eggs. Not solid at all, just cooked such that it just turns white

Just pop it in boiled water, let it sit for 8 minutes
