Raw eggs/PRIMAL diet is a hack for the gym

I started lifting 6 months ago, however for the last 4 months i have listened to aajonus vonderplanitz and Sv3rige and tried to incorporate a lot of their diet advice to improve my lifts, and i must say it has worked extremely well. My bench went from 105 - 245, my deadlift went from 205 - 355 and idk my squat pr as i dont train legs :lul:.

I currently eat 12-18 raw eggs almost everyday depending on how i feel, have around 1 liter of raw goat/cow milk, eat a couple ounces of raw liver at least EOD and try to eat 1 lb of steak. ( i am not perfect and eat random unhealthy shit occasionally but not often )
I am 15 years old and started going to the gym underweight Asf

cook the white, but yes raw egg yolk is like natty steroids. Huge boost in sex drive, focus, sleep etc. The best food there is that's not organ meat

makes my shit smell disgusting but is def a hack especially bc of how easy it is to eat

ik i cant really say i follow what goatis says if i go to the gym, i will say i agree on his ideas of why lifting is unhealthy,

however i still do it bc i am very insecure and like the feeling of mogging men around me, idrc if it takes 10 years off my life as i dont plan on having children

I came off roids cold turkey without pct and was low t but after eating a carton of raw egg yolks everyday im hornier than ever
