nah im stacked on eggs bro, i got 84 in the fridge. 19 cent an egg x 84 = 15,96
its all from a farm so no low quality stuff

people think that denaturation of proteins makes their bioavaivability worse but yes, you are correct. it is worse with raw eggs. basically the reason why ppl do it is because of influencers and conspiracy theorists
