I will tag u in the thread when i get the results
i'd be surprised if there is any actual effect on test, but please do. in theory it makes some sense, but i personally can't find solid evidence. i might have to start drinking raw eggs 🫩

i honestly will try it, but is there any other possible contributors to your test (weight training, other supps., etc.?)
I do lift yeah, been thinking about supplementing boron for testosterone but the only supplements i take are magnesium, fish oil, q10, k2 and vitamin d3

thanks; i dont really believe in most supplements but it'll be interesting to see what your test levels are. boron definitely piqued my interest though, i'll start looking into them

natty test levels dont make you any more of a man & high testosterone just means chronic stress
Why does high test mean chronic stress, I thought it was the opposite?

Im getting a cortisol test at the same time

how does that work?
i believe raised cortisol can increase the testosterone levels, however the opposite isn't true. this study from 2005 reads, "Therefore when the adrenal gland is stimulated to produce cortisol, it is possible that some free testosterone is produced and secreted concurrently, leading to increased circulating concentrations of both hormones.". this quote is directly referencing the release of adrenaline during exercise increasing both cortisol and testosterone for the body to respond correspondingly. in actuality, testosterone is technically linked to lower cortisol levels. the relationship between cortisol and testosterone is much more complex than just "one is higher, then the other is lower". the hormones change situationally.

note that this study is quite outdated, but the principle of situational hormone changes still stands. the study also states, "Thus the possibility exists that an increased concentration of cortisol in circulation could cause some dissociation of free testosterone from its carrier proteins as the two hormones compete for binding sites", due to the similarities in structure
