IVE been eating raw eggs for at least 4/5 months nowI separate the clear and drink only the yolk, people keep saying stuff about food posioning but i havent had any problems

I mix it with milk and raw honey, make sure honey is glyphosate free and good quality

Eat the whites too. If u cook them you’ll get more protein out of it cuz it’s more bioavailable

raw eggs are legit I just eat 5 if im in a rush. good for quick energy boost tbh and ive never gotten sick, even when I did 8-10 a day. that being said australian eggs are higher quality than US/CA.
