People like Clav have recently started speaking out against the ancestral diet — things like raw meat and raw milk. I never really understood the whole raw meat phenomenon, maybe because I don’t religiously watch people like Goatis. I get that there are extra nutrients you might miss out on by cooking your meat or pasteurizing your milk, but you’re also avoiding diseases that could be deadly. I could be wrong — I am just a dumb gray after all, lol. I’d love to hear where some of you stand on the issue.

It’s so confusing on who to trust anymore. There’s grifters everywhere and everyone spews bullshit most of the time. Have you had any experience with the diet and what did you think of it?

I personally like the process of cooking my steaks. The sound of searing a steak is top tier. I think I’ll pass on peeing out my ass for a week tho

Global elites brainwashed people into thinking cooked foods are better to keep them in a state of reliance on the system as well as cognitive dissonance due to a nutritional deficiency which is beneficial for keeping people in line with the system. Its true that raw animal products are 100% edible however most supermarket meats will make you sick as the animals are kept in dirty conditions their whole life (living in their own shit) however if the animal products are grass fed grass finished they are super healthy and will make you feel like a superhuman. Humans drank and ate raw animals products for our whole existence up until 100 years ago. Clavicular is a low awareness retard and tbh hardly even mogs hes hardly a htn by looksmax standards although compared to the average person mogs them to oblivion. I grew up on a family farm and ate raw meats, raw honey, raw milk, fruits, and no vegetables thanks to my parents knowledge. The only way to truly know anything in this world / experience is to try it and see how it makes you feel. Most "studys" will never be the truth as they are funded by people with agendas. What you experience is what's true.

General rule of thumb is that anything "natural" will leader to better results in health than anything "modern" (protein powders, supplements, steroids, etc) If you want to know the truth on health research the teachings of ayurvedic medicine, Aajonus Vonderplanitz, and Andreas Moritz

Schizo. Your comment contradicts any sane modern convention about the way nutrition works, I'd get into details but that's easily, you simply can't debate with anyone who denies scientific research (and even worse when they don't understand how it's done or how to interpret it), there's simply no logical way to approach that discussion.

Also, we haven't been eating raw animals for the last 100 years, we started cooking at least a million years ago lol. In fact, that's probably the reason why we evolved into the complex beings we are now, better nutrition = more resources for heavily expensive organs like our brains.

You do you, tho. Never met an attractive dude or model who ate a raw diet anyway

I still believe in the scientific method I just choose not to believe in the pharmaceutical industry's studies as following their advice when I moved into the city I was miserable and it was only after I went back to my original diet did I become happy again. There's definitely something to it! The more people they can intentionally make sick the more profit they make selling the treatment (pills and surgery's, as opposed to natural health protocols) and because of that they are incentivized to lie in their research.

There are of course questionable studies that are very skewed, but the majority of the research in nutrition isn't even funded by pharmaceutical corporations. There are many factors that could go into why you felt this way (stress, environmental pollutants, exercise, sunlight) and of course dietary changes, processed foods or eating foods that are problematic for you are things that will affect you.

But that's very different from suggesting one should eat raw milk or meat, nutritional absorption is lower, protein absorption is lower, and of course, bacterial infections and parasites are always a possibility regardless of the animal's sourcing. There's no benefit from eating any animal products raw. Vegetables aren't necessarily bad either, some of them have high anti-nutrient content, and the majority aren't even nutrient dense anyway, but that's why you cook them, potatoes are high in lectins if you eat them raw, but guess how much of an issue is that if you boil them? Same case for spinach and almost every other plant food. They're still a great way to get fiber, K1, calcium, folate, antioxidants, nitrates, etc.

I eat almost every food group, the only things I avoid are most grains (since I feel bloated after eating some of them and I can't be bothered to "properly prepare them) but that's ME, it doesn't happen to everyone so I shouldn't preach everyone cuts them out, plus I like to control my blood sugar. And nuts or seeds, I already get a good bunch of fat, calories and omega 6s in my diet, I don't need any more from those sources.

i said this before, imagine how mindfucked our ancestors that discovered fire would be knowing their retarded incel successors would eat raw meat for no reason at all.
