Im currently eating a lot of cooked meat and sometimes raw eggs/raw milk, I see people saying eating raw meat is important, can anyone back this up with actual nutrient sources or something? Im 16 would it make sense to start consuming raw meat or can I also just eat a few pieces of raw liver from time to time? Ive eaten a piece of raw chicken before and had diarrhea after it.

i just started eating raw egg yolk and am in the process of getting liver, heart and raw milk. Supermarkets have a lot of poisoned meat that requires it too be cooked. The only time eating raw meat is ok is if it’s from an incredibly reliable and preferably local source. Some of the protein will be lost if eaten raw sure, but just eat more then, what’s important is the extra nutrients and water-soluble vitamins in raw meat. Cooked is better than nothing but see if you can find a reliable source.
