i am going to try an new diet, which is

full organic grass fed raw milk
raw eggs
and beef and some liver once every 3 days

never felt better before so im buying a lot of raw milk rn.
i drink at least 2 liters daily

im a brokey so somedays ill only drink raw milk and eat nothing else

I 100% guarantee you've never gotten a blood test. Assuming you're eating around 2200 calories from these foods you will be missing a lot of your nutritional profile, and this in the best-case scenario when you're eating eggs, milk, beef and liver all in the same day.

Again, this is the best case scenario, which is not that horrible, but still very fucking bad. You're just going to tank your testosterone, bodily functions and fuck up your health in the long run.

If you were to take out liver from your daily diet you're going to be below on iron (not too much, but still under the RDA), copper (dangerously low), magnesium, manganese (dangerously low), niacin, and folate (dangerously low).

So just in case you weren't aware, the whole concept of micronutrients (vitamins and nutrients) is that they're pretty much essential for you to be able and for your body to function properly, every single one of them. If you deprive your body from one of them, your body won't have enough materials to do certain functions and will have to take them from somewhere in your body or in just straight-up stop doing that function.

At the very least eat liver daily, although that by itself is going to cause issues because you're going to die from a vitamin A deficiency, which I suppose is better than dying because of salmonella or malnutrition. There's absolutely no reason for you to be eating like this.

Oh and by the way, "getting every single nutrient" IS NOT the same as getting every single nutrient in the right quantities. If you eat one egg and orange juice, you technically got "every single nutrient", but you're still going to be deficient if you only ate that.

Indeed, you're "getting everything" in this diet :lul: I would highly recommend you get your blood tested just so you see how fucked you're before your body shuts down, and you find out another way
