lmaoooo and a health guru on tiktok told you that. Tell me what molecule in raw milk even has the slightest ability to "cure" depression

nigga do you read😭 this was a fucking survey there's literal unavoidable bias. Anyone retarded enough to drink raw milk is going to placebo themselves into thinking they're magically healing from it.

Think for a moment, what the fuck could be in raw milk that cures depression that isn't in pasteurized milk?

- Immunoglobulins A, B, and C
- Lactoferrin
- Calcium Phosphorus Potassium Sodium
- Vitamin C and B Complex
- Vitamins A D K
- Omega 3 Fatty Acids
- Stem Cells
- Growth Hormone

The only immunoglobulin that raw milk has that isn't negligible to humans is G, pasteurization only denatures around 1% of it on average. Lactoferrin does not agonize or antagonize any receptors in the brain, therefore has no impact on depression.
Calcium, phosphate, potassium and sodium are heat-stable, meaning pasteurization has negligible impact on their concentration, same goes for vit a, d, k
Pasteurization increases the digestibility of fatty acids, it also does not denature them.
Raw milk contains growth hormone, specifically IGF-1, but if you knew what the fuck you were talking about you'd know it breaks down during digestion and has zero effect on your hormones.
Stem cells are your only valid point as they MAY have antimicrobial properties

Stem cells promote anti aging and height growth. They aren't antibacterial.

Raw milk drinks have no instances of allergies while pasteurized consumers have allergic reactions all the time.

This hints that the Immunoglobulins are in fact deactivated by the heating process.

About your claim on minerals. Pastuerization cauterizes minerals, causing a whole host of issues.

Cooking fat causes it to become toxic. It creates lipid peroxides. Toxins don't make it easier to consume and digest. Raw fat is way better.

I'll stop there for now.

Bro raw milk has healthy bacteria and if you get it from clean sources you wont find anything in it you clearly don't what you are talking about raw milk now is cleaner and more safe to consume pasteurization was created 161 years ago when cows lived in shit conditions and farmers didn't take good care of their farms so of course the cows would be sick and contaminated if you get raw milk from clean sources and trustable farms you will never have any trouble with raw milk and you will get more nutrients from it it also contains igf1 which helps with growth during puberty
