raw primal diet (my experience)

Been on it for a couple of months now here's what my diet consists of:
raw liver
raw ground beef
raw eggs
raw honey
raw butter

Thought it was cope at first but was open minded and gave it a solid try, would never go back.

Positives:
MAIN THING I NOTICED, my shoulder width literally blew up (keep in mind I'm still a teen)
Extremely healthy and smooth looking skin, 0 acne.
Increased bone mass in face.
Got way leaner.
Haven't experienced bloating ever since hopping on this diet.
Face appears more symmetrical.
Feeling way better in general.

Negatives:
Pretty much none besides having a really high sex drive if you could see that as a negative.

(paired this with sleeping without an alarm so 9-10 hours of sleep every day HIIT sprinting and a very low stress lifestyle and I live in a very green area so good air quality)

I think this is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself if you're going through development and will drastically change your looks, I'm glad I did.

perhaps slightly. I am 20 and have been on and off the raw primal diet since high school. The biggest changes will be that you feel tremendously better and your health will improve. As far as changes to the face it is yes and no. Over a long period of time, you will probably have slight increases in bone mass and better functionality. @solvessel on Instagram (now banned) had some good before and afters of himself after several years of STRICT primal dieting. He certainly had improved aesthetics and appeal but it probably only ascended him from LTN to MTN. The changes you can expect to see on your face (and even what I have slightly seen on myself) are simply what you can expect from having great health and hormones. If we all had great health and horomones from birth we would all likely be HTN or chadlite at least (minus people with truly shit genes), but obviously the scope of this effect is reduced after puberty and beyond. Even if there were no aesthetic changes from diet, the primal diet is still worth it though. It drastically reduces my IBS and certainly helps with skin, hair, and sex drive/performance. You NEED to read the book We Want To Live by Aajonus vonderplanitz- he is the founder of the primal diet and explains everything in this book very well. Hope this helps. TLDR; Your face will look healthier/more radiant and more functional after a while but to experience more extreme changes to your bone mass it will take a while- potentially many years.

Nice positive thread but how do I adjust to the sudden change in diet should I slowly start eating raw meat I already have raw eggs and I’m fine and do u buy organic meat or just from the supermarket not sure where ur from so worth a ask

what about parasites or dieseases how do you eat raw foods with getting poisend

Eat organs and meat from animals raised in natural conditions and 100% grass fed.

Tbh I just hopped right into it and been feeling great ever since, never built anything up.

I don't buy any of my meat from the supermarket since in my country they all have preservatives in it and I just don't trust it.
I buy all my meat from a local butcher.
I'm from the netherlands.

You can get poisoned eating raw meats if they're low quality and from supermarkets who knows what they put into that.

I buy all of my meat from a trustworthy local butcher, guy's been selling good meat for decades.

Not disgusting at all, of course it doesn't taste incredibly great it just tastes like meat. I don't care too much about the way stuff tastes I care about the results it provides and how it makes me feel. I feel incredibly euphoric and energised eating raw primal and it has me in my peak condition.

drop the honey, and otherwise its a GREAT diet.
