I've been eating this way for a while, but only recently consistently. I'd like to know where those who eat the same diet source their food and what kind of raw food they consume

Jsut get food from trusted butcher and if u buy from supermarket then freeze the meat for a week to kill bacteria and then defrost and eat but butcher is always best

And then you find out that all farmers vaccinate their animals and in the end there is no difference (except that the meat doesn’t rot) whether it’s from a farm or just from a store (I don’t eat raw meat)

i eat the same way too and it clears up my skin and feel really good also i grew 2 inches. I dont have any cheatday, my cheatday probably vegetables when i eat out w friends but thats it, one wrong food n i get acne
