before peat:Ray peat reveals high cortisol low thyroid which means once you start eating fructose you immediately put on weight. Whats your diet like now and what was it right before you started peating?
Too much retinol, eat liver once a week. Eat more fruits. Peat is just restorting your cortisol to normal slowly but in that process your body is also putting on fat because you were cortisol dominant before so your body thinks you were starvingbefore peat:

diet:
morning:
one pot of coffee mixed with raw milk and honey
1 carrot
1 banana
3 eggs mixed with ground beef and cooked with butter
2-3 cigarettes
lunch:
whatever is given at workplace cafeteria (I usually avoid starch)
2-3 cigarettes
1-2 cups of coffee also mixed with raw milk and honey
dinner:
either fish or liver with sweet potatoes (baked not fried)
1 carrot
1 cup of black tea mixed with raw milk and honey
few spoons of vanilla icecream (hagen dazs)
