@BrahminBoss mfw I try to fix thyroid and speed up metabolism but end up looking like a beer bellied dalit
 
Ray peat reveals high cortisol low thyroid which means once you start eating fructose you immediately put on weight. Whats your diet like now and what was it right before you started peating?

before peat:

71kg (173cm) 10 percent bf

rn

78kg 13 percent bf

diet:

morning:
one pot of coffee mixed with raw milk and honey
1 carrot
1 banana
3 eggs mixed with ground beef and cooked with butter
2-3 cigarettes

lunch:
whatever is given at workplace cafeteria (I usually avoid starch)
2-3 cigarettes
1-2 cups of coffee also mixed with raw milk and honey

dinner:
either fish or liver with sweet potatoes (baked not fried)
1 carrot
1 cup of black tea mixed with raw milk and honey
few spoons of vanilla icecream (hagen dazs)
2-3 cigarettes

not much has changed from my normal diet its just that I think honey and milk add a lot of extra calories

Too much retinol, eat liver once a week. Eat more fruits. Peat is just restorting your cortisol to normal slowly but in that process your body is also putting on fat because you were cortisol dominant before so your body thinks you were starving

during summer I eat a lot of watermelon but they do not sell it during winter

would pears be a good substitute for carrots or maybe oranges I do not really like apples

Oranges sapotes dragonfruit lychee watermelon strawberry Papayas all good
