Re-Examining my Debloat Routine; Need Advice

Starting to think that the debloating measures I take are actually creating RAAS rebound & a water retention cycle- increasing renin activity because I’m doing all of this stuff to block aldosterone and rid myself of water: potassium megadosing, eplerenone, dandelion leaf tea, low sodium diet, chugging water. Been doing this stuff long term; but I am on my first roid cycle so more paranoid about bloating now. My e2 is under control by the way.

It feels as if I’m constantly battling bloat. The measures I take make sure I’m not walking around on water balloon mode but I have to put in all this work to stay looking dry in the face. I frequently wake up bloated or bloat quickly after I eat.

Need advice from high IQ roidcels. Should I stop doing things like megadosing KCL while on a low sodium diet & drinking dandelion tea daily? Is this making the bloat more persistent in the long run? @chadisbeingmade @Bitchwhipper2 IDK who else to tag

Literally quit everything apart from eplerenone. No more megadoing potassium, no more dandelion shit and no more low sodium diet. As an athlete, much less a bodybuilder, you need sodium and a lot of it. You will reach homeostasis again very quickly. Sodium will only cause bloating when you make the switch from low to high sodium. After a few days on a higher sodium intake and everything will normalize.

Usually about 9 times out of 10 when people say they’re bloated they just have too high bf. Are you add single digit bf by chance?

No I’m not single digits. I do have abs when standing relaxed & vascularity all over my body however.

Fuck. Okay. This is shameful to admit but I’m emotionally attached to the debloating routines :lul: and I’m paranoid about switching it up. But winter break is coming up so I’ll drop everything except for epler and see what happens. Thanks man

Get emotionally attached to pinning instead.

Just keep your sodium intake high(er) but constant.
