God this is a hard read.

I typed like the average autistic Tumblr user trying to look quirky, and I was trying to make my family support faggots and trannies back then (no, at no point in my life did I identify as either). I feel embarrassed looking at these. I was a good, innocent kid at least but at the same time, reading these genuinely makes me wonder if I’m some autistic sperg irl without realizing it. My social life was pretty terrible at the time.

(For context on the last, I used to have a Quora account revolving around Marvel/DC superhero stuff during 5th grade and further on during middle school as well)

Yeah I think everyone’s a little weird when they’re younger.

I had to exclude some stuff here to save my dignity lmao, it’s honestly pretty refreshing to know there are others that can relate, though tbh I’m not really sure how to feel about the entries from back then.

ngl yall know ball. I used to obsess over that show, it got a little boring after S4 though. First 3 seasons were fr amazing though, I remember loving that shit with my little brother and thinking about it during school.

Too much of Iris and the writing and CGI fell off so hard, genuinely tragic when you compare later seasons to its prime.

i forced myself to watch the whole series after s4 it was horrible. It’s been a while since i watched it i should rewatch s1-4 sometime again

Mirin I wish I wrote a journal since I was a kid

Yeah it’s pretty nice, even if it’s cringe as fuck. Tbh if you’re in your teens/early 20s I feel like it’s still extremely worth it to write and be able to look back on years, even decades later. I remember when I was writing the journal it didn’t feel like it would ever be useful or interesting, but it’s pretty much a gift/investment for the future you even if it doesn’t feel like it in the moment.
