Discipline is gay. Everything you do in life surrounds the amount of energy it takes to go through with it.
If you have poor discipline, your real problem is that the bad shit you do is too easy to perform and the good shit you want to do takes too much effort to even start.
In theory, life is very easy because actively removing or adding friction to a behavior before even engaging in it is way easier than trying to use willpower (willpower is overrated as fuck)
