Ready to rope over this pimple scar on my nose, someone tell me if it’s permanent.

It started off as a blackhead if I remember correctly, then it became this red bump, then it got filled up with two whiteheads. I popped it and now I have this, 2 weeks later it looks the same and won’t shrink. Someone on Reddit told me it’s a keloid and it’s permanent, if he’s right I’m going to rope, I’m already subhuman as it is, this shit ruins my face and I can’t cope with it, I’ve been told by normies that it’s the first thing you see when you look at my face.

I’ve been putting the patches on for 2 weeks and it looks the same, and isn’t the point of the patches to remove the gunk and shit from a popped pimple? This is a scar at this point and has nothing left in it.

yeah it usually works better for smaller pimples, you can’t really feel it with smaller pimples. if he really wanted to he could ice it and use numbing cream and then extract it but it might not be the most comfortable way to do it

Well I guess you gotta wait then. And yeah it's essentially used to partly hide and gently extract the stuff from pimples. Maybe try a color correcting treatment? I use one by Dr Jart. But concealer might work too

no, it cant be fully removed probably. I have two on my neck that are almost impossilbe to remove. They never fully go away with normal treatments (just go on r/keloids)

Only way for full removal (maybe) is excision + verteporfin or maybe excision + SRT.

Gonna make a dermatologist appointment to see if it’s a keloid, if it is I’m going to see what they can do, if nothing works I’m gonna cold approach random bitches for like a week as a last resort for finding a gf and rope if I fail.

at most he’ll just prescribe you a cream to make the red go away and make it less swollen, it’s not that hard of an extraction, i do it all the time. cus if you remove the sac lining of a pimple it ensures that the pimple can’t reform/grow a new pimple in the same spot. it might be more difficult to do it with a pimple like this though, since it looks really swollen and like it hurts to touch.

protip: get needle and lighter/rubbing alcohol

sanitize the tip of the needle and pop the pimple, then squeeze it gently with paper (dont touch it with your fingers) and wipe off

looks like a blind pimple, use a hot towel, leave on face till you see the head (pus) come out.
Then use some acne cream (benzoyl peroxide, sacyclic acid etc).
Use a anti-histamine to reduce scarring chance and swelling.
Beware that without sunscreen, it will turn into hyperpigmentation.
