Real forgiveness takes a lot of strength

When i say real forgiveness i mean being able to take revenge but choosing not to.Many people associate forgiveness with weakness but to truly be able to forgive you need to have a strong character and accept that what was done cannot be undone and remain unfazed by whatever has happened.Your mind needs to be a fortress.There is a reason many of the major religions focus on forgiveness.
