Real height increase from elevator shoes

I use lift almost everyday and I know that 2 inches lifts only add 1.3 inches. But is it the same with elevator shoes ?

Is it real 6cm or like 4/4.5cm added to my actual height ?

And by the way, has anybody got any Chamaripa shoes here ? What are your thoughts about this brand ?

Yes, regular shoes add like 1-2cm to your height compared to being barefoot, so elevator shoes that offer let's say 6cm, give you an actual boost of 4-5cm. There are also regular shoes and boots who offer 3, 4, even 5cm without having a raised insole inside.

I don't think there is too much compression for elevator shoes (compare to lifts). Maybe because of the shape of the lift inside the elevator shoes

He means that you would only have a comparative boost of 4-5cm since most shoes give 1-2cm by default.

To answer OP, yes you get the actual height advertised unlike with lifts that get compressed.

I'm pretty sure they measure from the back. So the total height of the lift might be say 6cm.

But when you actually wear the shoes you get 2/3 of that as actual boost so 4cm.
