You don't see how effective it is because the only people who openly admit to taking it are bodybuilders like Bostin Lloyd who takes way too much (and probably faked) HGH along with insulin. I'd say most tier-1 celebs take low dose. George Clooney, Bradley Cooper etc.

Problem here is the supply on western pharma manufacturered hormones has run dry in many cases. I dont know what the situation with Saizen is specifically, but for example, last year you could walk into almost any pharmacy in a major city and pick up sustanon 250 and pregnyl, very cheap too. This year? fuck me its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. All they have now is andriol testocaps, androgel and a 25mg/ml x 10 amp test prop product from china, which you know, is in that annoying grey zone where its too much volume and too little dose to use for roiding purposes, but is also less than ideal for long term TRT since you need to pin it at least EOD, ergo = gay as fuck.

There's so many fakes. Everything you find is fake. Not saying I know where/how to get real HGH but just remember real HGH will be hard to find and acquire, and if you manage to do both of them. Then expect to pay $27-32 per IU. (And it still could be fake lol). Unless you pay more to get it tested, but the people you go to to get it tested will probably turn you into the police after taking your money
