Real or Fake HGH?

Currently Buying HGH from fulmenpharma, heard mixed things about them and not sure if the HGH I'm injecting is real or not

dosage: 10 IUs daily
purity 97%

sides felt:
- better sleep (could be influenced by other things)
- bloating & water retention
- more lean mass & easier strength gain (not sure if its placebo or not)
- grown 2-3 cm (not sure if its from HGH or not)
- joint pain (most likely caused by other shit I'm taking)
- slight lower back pain
- brain fog (probably from my Aromasin)

sides not felt:
- carpal tunnel
- tingling in hands
- bones aching
- headaches

let me know if I'm missing any side effects

and no i don't have the balls to send it into a lab get it tested
and i cant get any bloodwork done in 4 months

Certificate of analysis. It’s just the purity testing, so if it’s by something like janoshik and it’s legit then it’s a good COA
