Real overbite advice needed

I need some real advice on this topic I’ve been struggling to find answers for. I recently got my braces off, and the orthodontist left me with and extreme overbite which has caused a misaligned jaw. I don’t know if I will be able to get dental work again anytime soon. Is there any way to fix these without more dental work needing to be done ?
