I'm skinnyfat at around 22% bf last time I checked, should I bulk or cut first? I find it very hard to gain muscle when I was on a bulk should I js cut down to around 15% to be healthy first THEN bulk?

It would be better for you to provide photos but if you are around 22% BF then you should try to recomp. Eat at maintenance, eat a lot of protein, and lift weights. 22% isn't fat enough to justify a hard cut and way too fat to bulk.

This is a very common question, and based on the opinions of experts, I recommend staying at maintenance for a while if you're a beginner lifter. You should lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, this is easy for beginners. Just make sure you eat enough protein (0.8 per pound) and sleep well. After a bit of that, you can look into cutting to get some more fat off, and you will look a lot better. After the cut, you will have created a greater "bulking-runway" since you're at a lower bodyfat and you can bulk up for a while without getting too fat. In a nutshell, just avoid bulking for now.

Do low carb diet, less than 100g of carbs per day + some light cardio (less than 130bpm heart rate) 20m before the first meal and after the last one (not just straight after), everyday + resistance training with progressive overload on compound lifts. Cut eating window to 6h or less per day. Eat as much as you want, don't count kcal, but keep it low carb + avoid any high fat foods (more than 20% fat).

In my opinion keto is bullshit and high fat is good for testosterone

I mean this in context of leanmaxing, if keto is bs for some reason and high fat is needed for t levels, how you gonna get lean?
