Real shit,is there even any way to fix spheniod tilt or asymmetry in general by softmaxxing?

Its been buggin me for 2 years now,and i know its not noticable,but is threre any way to fix asymmetries? Like chin or even eyes?
And if there is,is there an age limit for that stuff?
