Real way to fix deep bite?

So I have somewhat of a deep bite, I compensate this by trying to alling my front teeth which makes my profile look normal but then the back teeth don't meet.

Is surgery the only real way to fix this? Trying to bring mandible forward? I don't think any appliance or braces could do anything as they dont really expand anything

I think they have a treatment where they make these denture like caps or smthn to allow your molars and premolars to meet. Other than that there is nothing for postpubertycels except surgery
