Realistically how achievable are these morphs for me?

I’ve made four morphs here. In each one I tried to be conservative/modest while altering my looks for the better at the same time. I didn’t want to do anything crazy. In each morph I just made the lower third taller/bigger and I made the eyes/eyebrows slightly more positively tilted. That’s it.

For the sort of lower third in the morphs, I suspect maybe a genioplasty (specifically for vertically lengthening the chin) combined with a custom chin implant (specifically designed for vertically lengthening the chin) may work. In the first stage I’ll get a genioplasty to maybe vertically lengthen the chin up to 10mm. And then in the second stage (a few months later) I’ll get a custom chin implant to vertically lengthen it further by like 5-7mm. Something like that could work I’d imagine.

What you're asking for is achievable bro, don't let anyone on this forum tell you otherwise.

They'll sit there and bully you but the second you reach the finish line they're all cheering for you.

Save your funds and build a surgery plan.

Lengthening your lower third is absolutely the way to go.
