Realistically how many calories do i burn in 2 hours of tracn and field conditioning?

Chatgpt told me thag my maintenance is 2,900-3,000k but idk if thats true. Yesterday was pretty hard but the hard stuff was bodyweight training and that doesn't burn many calories and im already more adapted to that from gymcelling.
