realistically how much would a bimax + ccw rotation and genio cost?

I'm 18 and live in Canada and have been wanting/needing a bimax for the past year or so but don't know how much it will cost also if I should get it done here in Canada or in a different country. I currently could probably put together around 20k CAD would that be enough to afford? and also thoughts on getting one thats covered by my health insurance is it possible for them to help pay whilst keeping it aesthetics related as well as for my sleep apnea?
