Realistically speaking how much more height do I need on my lower third

My chin from bottom lip to bottom chin is 33mm.
Imo even a 5mm advancement would be a game changer for my short face syndrome.

how should I bring this up with my oral surgeon because I have to see one for wisdom teeth anyways, is there a chance he recognises I have short face syndrome, cos I have a fucked smile too

Mine is 2.5x longer but that’s because my downturned nose makes my philtrum almost non-existent

I don't think so chin wings just fix the jaw without altering the dental arches and midface. A short face syndrome( vertically deficient anterior height of the mandible and maxilla) also results in a compromised smile which can only be fixed by lengthening the midface with a lefort 1 and a BSSO to maintain the occlusion. Take my words with a grain of salt tho.
