Reality just stopped for few second for me (cortisol raised with the speed of light)

At my whole time at this forum my cortisol never spiked so hard and so fast NEVER until today.
Woke up checking snapchat form my ex gf and there is a photo of her hand with ring on finger "I said YES to my ......... GRANDMOTHER " (christmas gift)
Until i readed the word "grandmother" reality just froze for 3 second along with my heartbeat

I have PTSD now tbh
