Really bad Acne

Ive been struggling with severe forehead acne for atleast 1.5-2 years and its so fustrating, ive recently went on adapalene and it was going good until i started breaking out, my cheeks are dry, forehead is worse than its ever been. I dont know how i should fix my diet for it and if theres anything i could do or if theres any advice id appreciate. Serious answers only please

Accutane. It's really great. I've been a low dose for around a month now. So far my only side effect is dry lips
