Now to be clear I don’t believe that the health/dietary advice that goatis/aajonus etc gives out is particularly safe or valid and there’s a lot of naturalistic fallacy and pseudoscience thrown around, but I very much appreciate their principles and the ideas that they live by regardless
I think that the modern world is out of balance with what our bodies are adapted for, and that our cultures and norms are like an industrial machine purpose built to crush and extract the last scraps of our humanity from our very souls. It serves to convert people into economic units, human resources, which to me is an abomination and a crime against life itself
Cutting your hair as a man was always the norm, you were considered unemployable, rogue, out of order if you didn’t. There’s a reason soldiers, prisoners, slaves etc have often had shaved hair, it marks you becoming property and losing your agency
The older generations, those that have been truly domesticated from decades of servitude and social programming, are usually the most insistent on men having short hair.
My father is always banging on about me needing a haircut when I go more than like a month without one and whilst I can acknowledge that he comes from a different time, its such a stupid perspective.
After starting to grow my hair out and care for it properly, I have gotten a lot more IOIs and complements and I can say WITH CERTAINTY that girls prefer long hair. Even in the past, the laid back guys with long hair were always the most desirable, and were always looked upon with contempt by the normie shirt- and-tie clad conformists.
I was flirting with a cute foid at a bar yesterday and we were talking about hair at one point, and I asked her what she thought I should do with mine. She said quite adamantly that it looks good and that I should keep growing it out, that men look much better with longer hair. I’ve found this to be the majority sentiment among them- have you seen how horrified a lot of girls are when their boyfriends get buzzcuts?
Hair is law, hair is life, to constantly cut your hair or to allow it to fall out is a form of self harm
