Great resultsfor the more “anti-surgery” crowd (I guess they’d say they just think surgery can’t make ugly people good looking), this man would look better (maybe even with what all of you consider a “perfect eyes”) with 1 soft looksmax (minoxidil for eyebrows) and ironically enough, even more surgical procedures done to his eye area, such as orbital decompression, maybe getting his lower eyelid done by a oculoplast, and to top off, eyelash transplants.

Considering he already has:
normal range IPD/ES ratio (would be hard to attain surgically, but with the budget—it’s possible)
a nice hooding over upper eyelids (there is an easy surgical fix here for those who lack it),
sharp, teardropped shaped inner canthus (there is a way to at least improve yours surgically btw—noninvasively might I add, but it requires you to lack a strong nose bridge beforehand),

He would, with no doubt, come out of all those “looksmaxes”, with what everyone here deems “perfect eyes”.

Of course, it goes without saying, that the chances he would:
Know enough about these procedures (and know about how they’d improve him)
Have the financial budget to afford them
And have the time to get them done, account for recovery time, as well as for possible complications...

Are very slim, likely even slimmer for the average PSL user (who can’t see the forest for the trees, and would likely over do something), but that by no means negates the facts that this surgery result was good, and with even more surgeries (emphasis on getting the correct ones), the man would come out with “perfect eyes”.

has he done any nose job in the after or it's just the impact of the implant that makes it look better?

What is the best surgery for removing UEE?

Depends on the starting point—does the individual have a good browridge? And is it highest or lowset?

View attachment 124455seriously? Look at the lower eyelid. Massive improvement

In the after, his lower eyelid has been raised—this was either the actual result, or he frauded by squinting. If real, then it was good, but he still has tear troughs.

it's probably the swelling, but not a massive change since the shape, and everything looks unatural/uncanny
and JFL at those who give him 7 PSL

Honestly I can see ur concern since the sun is glaring in his right eye (left in the pic) but how do u explain the left eye without the sun glaring in it.

I think you meant to quote @streege

I would not say he looks unnatural, do you know if he has done anything else to his face—I honestly can’t tell.
Also keep in mind lease distortion at such a close range.

probably nothing else, as far as i look at his face.
Yes of course, the lens distorsion does not help, but still, in his case - since he already had good eye area - i can't tell if he legit gained something more than 0.2 PSL afterward. If he had 1 year afterward pics, it could have been easier to tell, imo.

How long have u been trying this for and is this working
< 2 weeks and I have new brow hairs growing underneath my arch. I am using it in combination with microneedling which has been proven to increase the effectiveness of minoxidil by ~80% when tested on the scalp. I expect to wait 6-12 months for a complete the transformation.

For those who believe unsubstantiated claims about minoxidil damaging collagen, topical bimatoprost has been proven to be similarly effective at stimulating eyebrow growth.

Here's somebody else's transformation.

does it has any good impact in hiding UEE/more hooded eyes?

i want this so bad, most aesthetic looking thing for me

I don't think so. It can make your eye area appear more compact.

it can only make your eyes slightly deeper set. bro it is something really minor but it makes amazing difference in one's face. mine isnt bad but i still want to get infraorbital implants

Do not use any topical bimatoprost near your upper eyelid—ever.

Thanks. I will bear this in mind.

What surgery are you speaking about here?

I guess I could make a quick thread about this, but later (I just killed a ton of brain cells on my last in the Latisse thread because of an actual idiot). Just know that the results would most likely be absolutely minimal.

he clearly gained much more then 0.2 PSL, are you blind?

you can't say that imo until you see 1 year after results; then yeah probably

Can supraorbital rim implants move if you get punched or something?

What are the other risks? Sorry I can't find shit on google
none really other than people here in general prefer not to get implants. if you want, go message dr eppley on instagram, he always responds

Eye area is so key for phenotype. With a few more changes he could pull off white.

I’m italian but as I’ve aged my undereye fat has descended and my paranasal area has hollowed making my nose look bigger, which have made me look more turkish/paki. So it’s not just about skin color/undertone/dark features/etc. I can’t wait to get orbital rim implants and bimax.

Something very off with his eyes

May you care to elaborate? My browridge is low but I have UEE.
