i know im fat asf but im working on it & idk what other issues I have so i am trying to fix it, my friends say my face is long. I paid 6.5k$ CAD for an ortho but he ONLY has invisalign + elastics ntohing else, I asked for MARPE & and he said my zygos r prominent I'll look ugly

what i'm doing:
neck exercises
mewing (idk if im doing correclty)
and i have invisalign with elastics but im not wearing it, I have another appointment with him soon so what should I ask for?
and im losing weight
i have asymmetry

not lf to kill myself but can handle brutality just tryna improve myself

If you're serious just fast for a few months and then do whatever you want from there. The less you eat, the faster you can ascend it's that simple. Don't even think about anything else until then

i meant for my face itself dw abt the acne & im using tretinoin and it got rid of all my acne i just have scars left, which im microneedling soon & ive started fasting hopefully i am 180 pounds within 8-10 months

hop on some sort of weight loss medication like reta or tirzepatide, you always look worse when fat and you'll look better when you shed the skin, you can always get surgeries later In life and I don't think the Marpe will work as well as you want it at 18 which is when your bones start to fuse in your face
