Are chin, jaw and neck exercises really effective for improving jawline definition, or is having a low body fat percentage enough? If they do help, which exercises are actually worth doing?
 
no literally every single one of these retarded ass apps that offer these "excercises" are literally just scams and they dont do shit. Chew properly, get good sleep, get lean, etc.
