It is well known that a pool of doctors from Federal Bureau of Investigation routinely visit PSL to look for potentially dangerous, misinforming stuff posted on here. They scroll through pages and pages of shitposts, which sometimes make them unwittingly brendan.
No need to say, not all threads are that innocent. Threads of a more extremist nature are emailed to the agents, who then initiate investigations based on the gathered data. Of course, with eager assistance of @Sergeant.
Every once in a while threads like this one get posted, the long, high-effort walls of scientifically-dense texts. Not that the doctors enjoy stumbling upon those. After all, it's a lot of work to fact-check not only the OP, which sometimes takes 10 minutes to just read, but all the messages in a thread as well. Still, they see it as a personal challenge. Will this thread be the end of PSL, the breeding ground of ascension, free thinking misfits and opposition to growing chadism and hypergamy?
The doctors fact-check every statement, search for hidden meaning conveyed, they do it dilligently and tirelessly, but as they go, they catch themselves thinking: the texts are, indeed, based.
Some of them get insecure for a moment. How come a random 17 yo aspie scientist knows more stuff than the doc himself in his area of expertise, after long 9 years of education and taking a crippling life-long debt?
Nevertheless, at the end of the day, the PSL stays afloat. Now you know why.
