Reccesed maxilla is it over??

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as in the photo, exactly the same recessive midface, where the lower jaw is forward growth overlally decent and no need to do something about it. Thing is what can be done about it? Like some ortho headgear mask shit make sense at 18 years or its surgery? Also I want to somehow fix what i have and do not pack my face with some ass implant if possible.
