With the exception of shit tests, where there's usually a playful tone, yeah if she's always going out of her way to disagree with you and challenge you (unless you've said something really outrageous) it's indeed an indication she doesn't respect you. Same with guys you're considering becoming friends with, if they're constantly arguing with you just to argue, deconstructing things you said and you always find yourself having to defend something you said it's time to bail.
