Isn't that much of a mog tbh, the guy on the right looks slightly more robust and has the same skull size, also more masculine colouring. (Colouring is not substantially masculine tho, only perceived as masc)

Tbh the one on the right almost masc mogs the guy on the left, all David Leid (laid ) got on him is female appeal.

There are many mogs far worse than this.
