Or just waking up in the night in general
It's since I've started sleeping on my back with a pillow under my knees to help lower back pain. Because sometimes I would wake up with pain which I'm thinking was related to my sleeping position, and then it would just get worse throughout the day
At least now I have a headstart on countering the pain
I just need to get used to it. It's weird staying in the same position
