He said my mandibular retrusion is very small and doesn't make bigger problems, but in my opinion it causes me a subhuman profile, I have a 3,5 mm overbite with 2 mm overjet and convex profile while chads has 0-1 mm and foward profile. This cuck tell me orthognathic surgery is only for severe cases and accompanied by functional problems, not just aesthetics. (??)

He recommended a chin implant, but then I will have to pay while the jaw surgery I could get a big discount and better results. I don't have money. I hate my life.
