How is your bite? Ever had any extractions or other orthodontic treatment? Are you planning to?

You could mitigate how bad it looks if you got leaner, but either way, it's far from a massive issue.

Probably would need surgery to fix the issue entirely. You can only hide it until then.

Right now, all you can do is hide it.
But again, not a big deal. Work on what you can change for now.

if your bite ideal and ur chin recessed just get genioplasty

if your bite bad and ur chin fine just get BSSO
