Is there a way to fix recessed infra orbitals without fat grafting or makeup?

What does this mean?

How do you think you can fill in the missing structure & volume caused by a recessed bone ... without surgery ? It's simply not possible.
In this case, if the bone cannot be brought forward, you need an implant on top of it to restore the hard, structural quality of the bone ; and probably fat grafting to touch things up and have a nice layer of soft tissue between the skin surface and the implant.
Fat grafting alone may be enough in cases where the bone recession is only minimal. And even then, you'll probably need 2 or 3 sessions to get satisfactory results (accounting for the fat loss that systematically occurs after the procedure).
