my infras are extremely recessed because of my recessed upper maxilla. does topical retinoid or volufiline work? (ill add photo if needed)

They won’t magically project your maxilla they might help with the eye bags but if they are really fucking recessed they won’t really help

They might help a little if you have awful skin but nothing is going to fix a bone issue other than surgery

yes they are recessed and volufline dont work its bs a study show it only add 2 percent of fat and it was on female breast only way is makeup fat grafting or implants but like its infras nobody are abt that not that much of a deal u got a good eye area too
