Recessed jaw

I know i have a recessed chin, but im still 16 and with bonesmashing i can fix to a point where its not that awful. My problem is that me lower lip is behinde my upper lip as you can see how can i fix that without surgery?

Your chin isn't recessed i think it's ur mandible\jaw really
